The younger of twins born to Marius and Yvonne Moon, Tabitha was always interested in politics and the goings on in the Wizarding World. Tabitha, with her brothers Frank (her twin) and Liam (two years younger) grew up in Manchester at the family manor. Growing up with of two of the Wizarding World's highest profile socialites/philanthropists as parents, it was natural that Tabitha and her siblings had lots of connections. They were raised to understand their place in polite society - ettiquite, and such - but unlike many other families the Moons socialized with everyone - it didn't matter their blood. Despite the fact that the family was usually in the spotlight, Tabitha and her siblings had a relatively uneventful childhood. When Tabitha and Frank arrived at Hogwarts, she was sorted into Hufflepuff while her brother found himself in Gryffindor. Despite this separation, the two spent time with their close knit group of friends which included Gryffindor's Lily Evans and Alice Prewett. It was no secret that Tabitha was rather attractive, she turned heads while in school, it wasn't something she flaunted but she had her own sense of style, one that even today while she works at the Ministry she has held to. Given her style it caught everyone off guard - especially her brother - when in her fifth year she went to the Yule Ball with Peter Pettigrew. The two embarked on a relationship which lasted from fifth year till the beginning of sixth year when he broke off the relationship during the summer - largely due to interference by one Sirius Orion Black. Despite this interference - and his meddling which ultimately caused the breakup, Tabitha eventually dated Sirius, much to her brother's dismay (not because he didn't like the boy, but because of his reputation with the ladies). It wound up working for Tabitha and Sirius... until the Potters were betrayed and his being sent to Azkaban... She didn't know what to think, not wanting to believe it... In the end she wound up being promoted in her job and eventually sent overseas as an inter-Ministry liaison - despite the pleadings of her friends and family to stay... She made frequent trips home, mostly to see her family, but her job took up so much of her time that - despite staying in contact frequently - she seemed to become her job... As Voldemort started to come back to power she rushed home, recieving an urgent owl from Dumbledore during Harry, and her two nieces' third year... it being about Sirius and that Harry was in danger she came back for a time before being called back by the Ministry. When Albus Dumbledore reactivated the Order of the Phoenix she too returned to active duty, cutting a work-trip to the Japanese Ministry short, Arthur Weasley having been sent to bring her to Grimmauld Place. It was then that she was reunited with Sirius. After so long it was good... for as long as it lasted... His death - so sudden - caught her by completely unaware, as she'd been waiting back at Grimmauld Place for news... when Remus finally got back his face told her everything she needed to know... And like that she'd lost him... again. With the war over, Tabitha has refocused on building her life with her friends and family - free of any sort of fighting. It's a bit of a happier place now... or so she thinks... for the moment. Ravenhurst: Deciding that she didn't want to be separated from her Family, having just finished a three-month delegation to China, Tabitha decided - well not so much decided but was assigned to travel to Ravenhurst University to investigate the many disappearances... She teaches International Relations as a cover, but she doesn't quite understand why she was sent...  Other: Tabitha is very close to her younger brother and was extremely close with her twin, when he died she swears that she just knew he was gone. She plays the violin and harp.
